Easy 4.5 miles recovery early this morning. Pushed the pace a bit too fast but it felt good and was a short run.
AM-13 miles steady state effort. Out towards Draper and back on 13th east.
AM-10 miles easy jog. Tired still from last night's shift. Almost 6 miles of walking yesterday at work..
AM-12 miles early this morning. 8 miles steady state pace.
Easy 8 miles late morning.
Easy to steady state 11 miles today. The mileage is slowly increasing along with some shorter runs to allow for recovery.
Easy 4.5 miles with speed changes.
