AM-Easy 4 mile wake up run. 7th/o/b. Picked up the last mile at around 6/min pace.
AM2-Easy spin for 12 miles on the bike. Felt great and legs felt good and strong this morning.
Breakfast-Small bowl of raisin bran cereal/yogurt.
Lunch-Curry chicken and rice with carrots and broccoli.
Sn-Yogurt/dark bread with peanut butter.
Dinner-Beef patty/green beans. yellow potatoes.
