AM-12 miles on the mill today. 7:30-6:40 pace. Felt like I needed to blog again if only to keep better track of miles and intensity. Also did about 30 minutes of weight work focusing on upper body and triceps. Love the new Pegasus shoes I got for Christmas by the way. Pretty sweet cushion wise..
