Short-Term Running Goals:
Sub 2:40 at Deseret News Marathon. Never quite conquered that beast yet.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a good marathon again in the future.
AM-5 miles easy:)
AM-Easy 6 mile jog on the treadmill.
AM-5 miles easy with surges up to 5:45 pace.
AM-7 miles steady state. Getting back into the groove again.
AM-Easy 3 mile jog this morning. Felt good this morning but had some things to get done today. Run more later hopefuly.
AM-6 mile progressive run. Easy-mile pace effort at the end.
AM-7 miles on the treadmill at 7:30-8:30/mile. Stopped at Smiths to get some items for a brunch recovery meal. Southern style hashbrowns and sausage with eggs. Good stuff..
Easy 5 miles with weights. Mainly for legs and abs.
Easy 10 miles with 6 at the gym and 4 in the park. Upperbody weights.
