AM-10 miles very easy. Really looking forward to summertime running and racing down the road:)
AM-Easy 4 miles early then errands and 4 more at the gym. Upper hamstring and left hip still not quite recovered from injury this winter. Made for some wonky running at times. Getting there though..
AM-12 miles. Stopped a few times to stretch out that left side.
AM-13 miles easy-steady state effort. Moderate uphill for long stretches with down pickups toward the end.
AM-4 miles easy.
