Tough day at the gym.  Really struggled with the assigned exercises.  With 10 minutes left, I decided to bag the rest of the workout and went out and ran.

Brutally cold this morning.  Met Tara at the LPT.  A little slower on the way out because of the frigid temperatures.  7:30's for me on the way back.  Tara threw down a 6:40 for the last mile and I had no desire to even attempt that pace.  Hamstring started to flare up on the way back.  Not an excuse, just documentation.
