My left foot is becoming a real issue.  Had a real difficult time moving this morning and decided I would give it until the top of the street (0.3 miles) before I would make the decision to take another day off.  It hurt pretty bad at the beginning but the pain started to subside as I warmed up so I felt I could make it through the run.  Pain went from an 7 to a 5 during the first 2 miles then settled into a 2 during miles 3-5.  The last 2 miles felt really good and were virtually pain free.  I'm starting to wear my Garmin again because I need to rededicate myself.  I need to start ramping things up again so I will be ready to jump into a training program once I decide which spring marathon I am going to run.  Last 2 miles were sub-7 pace and felt really good.

About the same as yesterday.  Foot didn't hurt quite as bad but it did take 3 miles for it to warm up.  Ran down to the LPT and ran South instead of North to change things up.  Nasty headwind for half of the run but a lovely tail wind for the other half.

Foot felt a lot better.  Decided to take it easy so it would have a little "rest".  There is still soreness throughout the day but not as bad as earlier in the week.

Much of the same.  Foot pain for 2 miles then felt good.  I'm trying to take advantage of when there is no pain so I ran the second half 4 minutes faster than the first half.
