Met Tara at the LPT for the usual Tuesday run. It's starting to get cold. Temp was 29 when we started. I've been feeling heavy and slow and my hamstring is still causing issues so I wasn't expecting much out of myself. We hit the turn-around in 32 minutes and ran the second half under 30 minutes. Much better effort than the last 2 weeks.
