About the same as yesterday.  Foot didn't hurt quite as bad but it did take 3 miles for it to warm up.  Ran down to the LPT and ran South instead of North to change things up.  Nasty headwind for half of the run but a lovely tail wind for the other half.

Be careful with your foot, Andy. You've got at least 4-6 weeks where you could take it a bit easy, before jumping into training for spring. Get that thing healed!

I feel as though it is a manageable pain and since it feels fine once it warms up I'm not too concerned. I'm a little stubborn (i.e. stupid) when it comes to running injuries.

I hear you. It seems like different areas hurt for a while, and 4-6-8 weeks later, they feel better and something else is hurting. The soreness is a cheap price to pay for the other benefits.

Andy is the foot pain of the PF variety or something else?

Andy, you always seem to handle your injuries beautifully. Seriously, maybe I am forgetting something but I can't ever remember you being out more than a few days.
