There was a little dip in the temperature and my hands froze during the run.  It took about 5 miles before I started to feel like I was running normally.  The first few miles my feet were especially slappy but felt more smooth the last half of the run.

Slappy feet! Cool! It was about 90 degrees here this morning at 8 am while I was water running. Enjoy the cold.

Yeah it was sure chilly this morning. And all day really it seems. Crazy weather still. When are we going to get some normal weather??

It was hot and very muggy today -- in the steam room.
