Not exactly the way I wanted to feel for the last Saturday run before the marathon.  It was early and cold and I could feel lots of little aches and pains throughout my legs.  Hoping to get some snap back into my legs in the next week.

Andy, nice to talk with you today, thanks for asking how the race went. Good luck next saturday, may see you at the finish, we are running the half. Your daughter is cute and a future runner, yeah.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rools out

By the way, it seems that runs the week before the marathon are never the best, what's up with that anyway?

I hear you, I am in the same boat. You hope to go into taper feeling sharp and when you don't it just messes with your head! Good luck and stay strong during your taper.

I hope it's just a mild case of "taper madness". Good luck at Ogden. You know what to do.

From Teena Marie on Sun, May 09, 2010 at 10:45:43 from 174.52.45.85

Everything will line up at Ogden -- that's my gut feeling. :)

Hope you are having a WONDERFUL weekend.

When are you available for a harem lunch?

From Smooth on Sun, May 09, 2010 at 22:33:43 from 174.23.172.155

Those little aches and pains are normal taper goblins. Everything will come together for you in 6 days, I am certain!

From Andy on Mon, May 10, 2010 at 00:36:02 from 198.60.114.178

I am always available for a harem lunch.

From Smooth on Tue, May 11, 2010 at 10:12:26 from 174.23.172.155

How about today at noon, same place as last time?

From Andy on Tue, May 11, 2010 at 10:19:41 from 199.190.170.21

That works for me.

From Smooth on Tue, May 11, 2010 at 12:23:30 from 174.23.172.155

Oops, just got a call from the other harems...not good today. Sorry, we'll plan one another day.
