The last day of my worst running year.  I really wish I knew what happened.  It is definitely time for a change.  I'm not sure what I am going to do but need to find something that will motivate me to get me back into shape.  I'm going to step away from the blog for awhile but wanted to express my thanks to the friends that I have made here.

Goodluck Andy and I hope you find what your looking for.

You'll be missed but I completely understand! I have thought about doing the same thing.

I guess this means that we will all have to get together more often for lunch.

Best, my friend!!! Find and fill whatever is missing. :)

Good luck Andy! You always have my respect, helping to my first sub 3. Go find your mojo again.

Oh Andy, don't leave us! Pick out a race and make it your goal race and go for it.

"If you don't have a goal, how will you ever know where your going?"

Your own words....."I do not know what tomorrow will bring but I do know it will start with a run." Sounds like you have a starting point for tomorrow!

Andy, even though you and I don't post much on each others blogs, I sincerely hope you can get everything sorted out and come back strong. Best of luck.

I know you'll figure things out -- happy new year Andy!

Andy, I saw you twice in St. George, both times you were twenty feet from me. it looked like you were staring in my direction, so I waved both times, but then you walked away, so you must not have seen me. lol

From Andy on Wed, Jan 23, 2013 at 04:32:27 from 76.27.65.244

Sorry, Dale. I must have been staring into space. I promise I was not ignoring you.

Still checking your blog to see if you have perhaps started to blog again.

Hope all is well. :)

Ok, fine. You all saw that last email. It just sounded insensitive, right? Let me retry. Any races planned in the horizon? Well despite, hope you find some mojo again:) Hey, I saw Becky come in really strong for the Sweethearts 5k!

From fly on the Wall on Wed, Apr 17, 2013 at 08:22:27 from 168.180.63.58

Hope you are still doing some running and just not blogging about it.

I kept running while enjoying my step away from the blog time. It made me feel like posting again, at least for now. Not sure what my future postings will be. So how about you? Will you be back here?

Regardless, hope all is well.

From Andy on Wed, Apr 17, 2013 at 10:02:57 from 159.212.71.17

Thanks for checking in, Fly. After a short break, I started running regularly again in February. Am up to 45-50 miles per week and have dropped 30 pounds since January. I am back to the same weight I was last year at this time and have 5 more pounds to go. I still poke around the blog but have yet to post since the end of the year. I'm almost feeling like a runner again and will probably start posting soon.

Yahooooo Andy! Keep the faith and keep on running? Got a goal race in mind???
