Have not been good about updating the blog lately...gotta get back into it! AM - Strength training for 40 minutes. PM - 4 miles with Jake at 8:30 pace. Plan for the next few months (while it's so cold and smoggy) is to split exercise between skinning/skiing and running. They are both great workouts and I think this will get me in very good shape by the summer. It worked really well in 2011 :-) |
