First day running all week - sad but true! Ran 4.5 on the treadmill and then walked the last .5 as a cool down. Starting to feel some minor aches and pains, hoping my body will hold out for the race.
What a beautiful day! So happy to be out running and not having to do a super long run. A few slight pains in my knee, but much better than Thursday. 1 week til race day!
