I did 3X1000 tonight. This was my first time doing 1000s in years, I didn't really know what pace to do or how many I should do. I went over to Beus pond with Riley, he watched our girls while I did my workout.. I did a 2 mile warm up and 1.6 mile cool down. I jogged between each thousand back to the start. I did them at 6:34 pace.

I felt pretty good, maybe next time i'll do more of them. But this was a good start.
