Short-Term Running Goals:

Our family is complete with 4 sweet girls. Now it's time for me to shed the weight and get back into running shape for good. I'm ready to work at it again in 2017!

Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon.

I'm married to my great husband Riley Cook. He helps me accomplish my running goals. We have 4 daughters Evelyn, Hannah, Nora, and Iris I'm also excited to be running for Utahrunning.com.

I did intervals today 7x400 with 1:30 rest in between. I did a 2 mile warm up and ran them on the roads.  I was pretty happy with the result it was faster then last week.

I did a loop around South Weber and through Uintah for my longest run so far this year. I had to run a short distance on 89 and I was running into some pretty strong gusts for 1.5 miles. But I felt good my AP was 8:03 and some of my miles were under 8 minute pace. Really happy with my first 10 miler.
