My plan for today was 4x1mile repeats @ 6:20-6:25 pace. I didn't think it was going to feel that difficult, but I ended up struggling with this workout. My 3rd repeat was basically all out and I barely hit the pace I wanted. I also had to battle through a couple icy spots on the roads. After 3x1mile repeats, I decided to finish with an 800. Splits: 6:19, 6:22, 6:23, 3:08. I think I'll need to plan a workout in my long run this week.
