Short-Term Running Goals:

Our family is complete with 4 sweet girls. Now it's time for me to shed the weight and get back into running shape for good. I'm ready to work at it again in 2017!

Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon.

I'm married to my great husband Riley Cook. He helps me accomplish my running goals. We have 4 daughters Evelyn, Hannah, Nora, and Iris I'm also excited to be running for Utahrunning.com.

Today the plan was to do 3x1.5 miles at 6:15 pace. It was still cold and difficult to find a good spot on the roads to do them. The first one I ran into some unplowed part of the road but still manage to push through ok. The next two I found a clear course to run them. I did a two mile warm up. The first one was 9:20, the second 9:22 this measured out to be 1.49, then the last was 1.53 miles and was 9:32.

Split 1 - Mile 6:11, .5 mile 3:09

Split 2 -Mile 6:17, .49 3:05

Split 3 - Mile 6:13, .53 3:19
