I ran early in the cold this morning, spent the night at my inlaws so they could be there with the kids while they slept, turns out both my girls woke up right after I left anyway. But the plan was to run 15 miles step progression. The first 3 miles were a warm up, the next 3 at 7:35, the next 4 at 7:20 pace, then the next 3 7:05 pace and then two miles easy. It turned out pretty well here's my splits for the faster miles, First 3 (7:23,7:27,7:28)Next 4 miles (7:12,7:16,7:16,7:17) Next 3 miles (6:56,7:10,7:05) My 7:10, 7:05 miles were hard because I was running on a gradual uphill, I didn't plan that out very well. But It was a good quality run for me in the cold weather.

Very good run. Way to get out in the cold and still get in a great run! Looks like you got your running in well for week one of me being gone. Good week.
