This morning I had my sister in law watch the kids while I met up with Sariah and Katie to run a tempo run. It was a tempo run for me and an easier run for them. They were pushing kids. I did 1 mile warm up, 3 miles of tempo, then 1.5 miles of cool down. Sariah was helpful in getting me through. I didn't know how fast I should start out so Riley suggested 7:15. That was the goal I set for myself.

6:38, this mile was downhill but was the same effort as the earlier ones.
I'm pretty happy with this workout.
