Ran outside. Cold! 25 degrees. Ran linstead loop three times. A little faster than I would have liked for a "long run". Garmin hung around 9:28 per mile until I had 2-3 miles left then I picked up the pace. When finished Garmin said Avg 9:19. Finished in 1:23:51.

Ran 5 easy miles on the treadmill before work. Started at a 10 pace and went up every mile until the last mile was 9:22. Felt good. Wrapped foot!!

Ran 4 miles on the treadmill. Slow and easy started at 6.1 and ran 1 mile each untill last mile was 6.4.

Ran 5 miles warm up at 9:40 for 1 1/4 miles. Then ran 7.7= 7:47 for 1 mile. 800  jog at 9:40 then 1 mile at 7:47. Did 1 1/4 mile cool down at 9:40.

Ran on the trail alone in the am before work. Did long run. Cold and icey and ran to fast finished in 1:21:59=9:06 pace. Was supposed to go slow and easy and avg 9:47's....whoops. Hard to slow myself down.
