AM: Mega glute and core workout at physical therapy. No hip (or surrounding area) pain from the run yesterday, No complaints, nada, Hallelujah! Here's what my home PT is looking like these days: Daily: Hip flexor stretches, supine planks, bridges, lat pull-downs, dead bugs type exercise with heel slides, and lots of rolling.
3-4x Week: Butt burners, clam shells, fire hydrants, squats, "good mornings", and marching with band (exercise band ha!).
PM: Easy evening town ride.
