Saw my hip surgeon this morning, everything looks good, and I have officially been released into the wild. I have been given the all clear for running and the full stretching of my tightened parts. Just because I am allowed to run doesn't mean I am going to start yet. I am going to wait until I get a little more evened out strength wise and feel like my pelvis is more stable. But the fact that I can run if I want to is reason enough to celebrate! PM: 30 minutes on the elliptical pretending I was running the whole time followed by a terrible Yin Yoga class. Since I blame yoga for getting me into this whole broken situation in the first place I need to stay away from anything other than restore classes from here on out!
