10 minutes of arm dumbbell things and 5 minutes of crutching up the street followed by 15 minutes of sunning myself, what a lovely day! Tried to be up and about more today and so far so good.

Great news on the Feb 6th R2R date. That will give you two days to train for the SLC Winter Series 10K. And based on how things usually go out there, I'm expecting avalanche sharks...

Snow sharks? I hope that was a joke. I could only watch half of it.

Running is now the furthest thing from my mind. I just tried to take my car for a spin around the block and well hitting the gas is fine, but the brake... well can't quite press it hard enough for it to do its job yet - eek! Baby steps.
