I think all this running is turning me into a wuss! Needed to feel strong so I got back on my bike and went for a 90 minute cruise on the Legacy.To think I biked like 70 days in a row this Spring when I couldn't do anything else and now I haven't been for a ride in over a month.

At this point I can't physically run hard enough to get the kind of workout I get on the bike and I really, really need to prioritize the cross-training which I have been neglecting since I can FINALLY run. Operation back to yoga and cycling has been a success this week so I am on the right path!

I should have been more clear. Biking makes me feel tough and I literally believe it makes me a heck of a lot stronger. Running just makes me feel like a wuss.

Running should make you feel tougher! But it is probably good to get back on the bike and get some good recovery (for the joints) cardio...i need to do more XT now that i can!
