AM: Morning hip drill.

PM: Royal SI and piriformis beating at PT plus some new supine and regular plank action and swan standing thing.

PM2: 35 minutes bike at the gym.

Haha, I read on Andrea's blog that she had done a short run, and my brain somehow was thinking it was you that had done it, and I was a-mazed. After I figured out my mistake, it made me wonder what kind of a timeline they are giving you to be able to run again. Weeks or months?

Ha! It is easy to confuse us broken people :) As for running... good question. I can return to "normal activity" at 12 weeks, which is 4 weeks from now. But honestly with the way things are feeling right now I think it is going to be a bit longer than that. I think I am a freakishly slow healer.
