I woke up & did some lower body calisthenics & core. The lifts I did really work your hips & quads, so to get them loose again I decided I'd go for a short run after. My sister, me, & my dog all went out the same out & back we did yesterday. Jessica was going 5, so when I turned around gabbie had some separation issues, but we got it all sorted out. Jess runs at a faster pace than me typically but running with her makes me realize that I can run at that pace just as easily (especially for only 3 miles). Today's been a great day already & it's only 1 o'clock.
