The goal today was to quicken the pace. I ran to quail ridge & down it then up past the chevron & up green spring dr to my home. It was actually really tough for me. My legs are pretty sore from the exercises I did yesterday. The first about 3 miles I averaged about 8 min pace but the hill & the last mile altogether wasn't as good. This might not have been a step forward, but i did get out & run so whatever direction this step was, it wasn't backwards. Core afterwards. Then went & got water with josie & bayless! I love those 2
