AM- weights + 15. Nice.
PM- 2x200s + starts. 200s were supposed to be at 80% & I hit 34 & 34. Consistency is key. Then block starts HAHAHA wow am I bad(': coach z said I had to start off them in the 400 at Orem LOL so #prayforalli then long jump work, I did lots of pop ups and I'm really hoping for a pr this weekend. But BOY AM I EXCITED for Orem, I am so pumped you wouldn't even believe. YAY!
Also here's something someone- idk who, but someone- might be interested to know, my hamstring has been really really broken the past 2 days & I just really don't know what to do about it I've rolled a couple times and tried to stretch to my best ability but yeah idk any help would be great
