Normal Wednesday workout with a little baby twist. We did 4x60 sec at critical velocity, 3x60 at tempo, 3x60 at threshold and 4x60 at critical velocity. First we did a warm up of 15 minutes I believe, then the workout. The first 4 were our fastest & felt tough but manageable, then the next 3 felt easy & the next 3 weren't too bad either. The last 4 were tough but easy to push through because there was only 4. Then cool down on the track, we played lots of games. It was a lot of fun(: I felt good about this workout, it was hard but beautiful.
THEN we went to the pv vs Dixie game THE BEST GAME ON THE WORLD!!!! We won & it was SUCH a GOOD GAME!!!!!!!!! Ah I'm still so happy about it. Then cake at Mitch's house for his bday(:
