Regular Wednesday workout. Yikes. On the warm up I was coughing a lot & my lungs kind of hurt so I was just gonna see what I could do, we got going on the first set & I was coughing & it was making me feel like I was gonna throw up, & my lungs started burning. Not very good feelings, so I dropped. While I was just running around the track I could feel the disappointment, not from others on the track, I've learned that doesn't really matter, but I was disappointed in myself & really discouraged. I was just going to do the recovery lap with the team when I jumped back in but Roberts started talking to me & I decided to just push through it. I jumped back in & the first 3 were miserable, I knew they weren't helping me cause I wasn't focusing on form or anything, so the next 3 I started to focus on form, I still couldn't stay with the girls, but it helped to focus on form when I was tired. Anyway, bad workout but I learned a bit.
