I skipped morning practice because I had a really gross cough that wouldn't go away but when I woke up from a truly terrible night lol IT WAS SNOWING!!!!!!!!!! Plus it was a short day. The day was weird and hard but the workout was completely perfect oh man. It snowed during like half our workout and I wore a sweatshirt lol. We had 60/60s and we switched leading every 2 laps it was great. A total of 4 miles in the workout. Then weights after I can feel my body getting buffer.
