80 minutes. 5x1 min pickups in the middle of it. We just met as a girls group at josies house and ran on the river trail which I usually do not like that trail cuz it feels like it goes on forever but once you get pretty far into it it gets actually really cool & there's like a foresty area & it's cool. I struggled the last little while. I needa get better at finishing strong. Overall a pretty good run & we had otter pops after

Then for the fourth me, Brianna, Dylan, Macen, Julien, mikey, & jake m. all went to the love shack & watched all the fireworks & lit our own, it was so sick. It was a real fun night & props to me cause I was the only one who got home on time, guess I'm just responsible.

45 minutes. We ran out on the turtle trail just until the gate then flipped around. Very quiet run, I think everyone was tired cause of the night before. Then 8 striders. They felt very good. I'm beginning to like striders now!!

45 minutes. Ran up the parkway & ran into coach with his dog (idk which one but I think it was molly (molly is my favorite, she's so cute)). For some weird reason I've been having stomach problems & some days they're more endurable but today was not one of those days.

90 minutes. Longest run of this year for me! Long run with 1, 1, 2, 1, 2, pickups in the middle. We ran out grapevine & up the big hill then over the top into coral canyon & down telegraph. We had to add on down to Paxman auto so we stopped for a drink (they have the deliciousest water in town). We ended with a small group, like 5 of us. It was a large mental battle today but I'm real glad I pushed through. I was really only going to go 75 but I would've had to run back past all the crows by myself and those things are scary lol. Solid run with some solid girls.

I'm really gonna try to blog the WHOLE week this week, we'll see how that goes.

55 minutes.

AM- 35 minutes with 6 striders. i felt pretty good, I just expected myself to not feel pretty good & once I get out of that mindset I can seriously do 1000x better. Kids club after was fun, our group is full of lazy complainers but we manage to have a good time. 

PM- weights then 15 minutes. Idk if I can count the weights I didn't do much.... & everyone makes fun of me when I lift anyway so. But the run was nice & hot

50 minutes. Just an easy run out on turtle trail. It felt very very hard probably cuz I have been going to bed at 1 & 2 these past few nights. I should probably get on top of that so I can start feeling better. After practice me & Brianna went and got mozzerella sticks and they were delicious.

75 minutes.. 

AM- 25 minute tempo. I felt suprisingly good on this, my legs have been absolutely trashed this whole week but they felt way decent today. It was nice that the last 5 minutes there was only 3 of us. I need to try to have a better mindset about when teammates say stuff like "get up here" and I'm literally side by side with them, I'm doing fine worry about yourself. However I should be thinking "oh good they want me in front of them I guess". Idk, I'm wayyyyy too hard headed. 

PM- weights then 15 minutes. Weights were hilarious, me & Brianna found a huge rubber band stretching thing & swung around in it man that was some good stuff. Then a run on very very very tired legs.

50 minutes. 45 + striders at Bloomington hills north park. We started out just by doing the first & last lap of the region course then we went out on the river trail & finished with 8 striders. Felt like a solid run

60 minutes. I led the team to little black mountain trail to run cause I've been there twice & it seemed flat & nice. It was about a million degrees i swear. Overall a tiring but nice run.

85 minutes. 85 with pickups. We were running down to go get carolines butt to practice & ran into her running with her little sister. We just ran down telegraph (for the most part, we did weave into some neighborhoods) until about target then turned around. I was really struggling then we stopped at harts for some water and I was just completely refreshed and ready to run again. The last 5 minutes it was just me Ellie and Roberts cause there was almost no other level 3s there. Truly it was a nice run. I had the song London bridges by fergie stuck in my head the whole run. lol not the most appropriate song but it's so freaking funny. Also Frida was there so 3 cheers for her

45 minutes. 

AM- I'm in salt lake at my aunts house so I ran down to liberty park & just ran around the park on the grass then did striders there too. I didn't do anything barefoot because ew @ that park and also my achillies has been bugging me quite a bit so I figured it wouldn't hurt to keep my shoes on. I accidentally went over about 5 minutes because I didn't account for how long it would take to get out of the park from where I was doing my strides. Also I saw LOTS of dogs so that always constitutes for a great run

55 minutes. It's not hard to find hills in salt lake. I ran a big hill then turned and went into a cemetery hahah. I saw 5 deer in there. Then I left and ran past the U & by their whole campus. Then went down 8th south and ended at my aunts house. I was gonna do striders at Liberty park again but my mom was mad because we were in a rush to go to Idaho so I didn't do them, oops. Sh*z happens.

55 minutes. Another 55 minuter. I wanted to go on a cool trail I found yesterday so I ran up a gnarly hill to get there & turns out the trail was a dud. So I just ran around the neighborhoods, got a little lost but came out okay. The last 2 days I've ran with my phone & music which is weird but I actually like it a lot. I got some gooooood music a couple days ago so I've been listening to it a lot, life is good.

55 minutes. Time trial today. We did 15 minutes warm then  10 minutes tempo then time trial then 17 minutes cool down. I felt good on the warm up and decent on the tempo. That grass is brutal it's so long and thick. But the time trial came and my legs weren't ready for it. I fell continuously the first mile. Then kind of just stuck it in the last mile. The time & place were horrible but I felt decent so I don't know why I did so bad. I need to focus when racing. My mind wanders and I just settle.

45 minutes. I had work again this morning so I ran at like 11 but there was a cloud cover so that was nice. It felt really good. My achillies has been bugging me again these past couple runs and especially today, ever since the time trial. I did mustang pass. And I came home and had a long nap
