AM- morning workout @ Bloomington. Me & Brianna did the same stuff which was 4x1000s at a certain pace. I went faster because I know that I deserve to be hitting faster times than those and deserve to be up with the other girls. So there.
PM- 25 minutes when we got up to camp. My breathing was baaaaaad. But I got through.

AM- started out going down a HUGE hill & then got to turn around & go back up. Me, Josie & Ellie stuck together way out in front. It felt horrible but afterwards was the greatest.
PM- 25 minutes around Navajo lake. A very quality run then a nice cold swim.

| | 100 minutes
AM- long run on the virgin river rim trail. I turned to get 75 which is the lower end of my minutes because I got nervous about all the hills on the way back. I found Sylvia & Seanne on the way back & we were cruisin but I was just really enjoying running with them. I might run with them more often, they're very fun.
PM- 25 just out. Chill pace

| | 60 minutes. We had a workout of 2(3x80 sec) hill repeats. We ran down this long hill for 15 minutes then did our workout then ran back up it. I felt so amazing today. Every single one I was out front leading. I made a goal to chill behind everyone until we passed under this tree arch thing then just go all to the wall. Before the 5th one Roberts told me to drive my knees and that helped ample amounts. My goal was to just keep getting farther on every one & I did except the last one but I wasn't upset. It felt so good. On the way back up the hill I kept having to stop to stretch my calves because they were so so tight. & that's the first workout I've ever actually believed that I was gonna pass out after. Oh man it was a good feeling.
Camp overall was the best ever. I really bonded with a lot of people that I've just been decent friends with & I became really good friends with people I thought I didn't like lol. I'm gonna miss it so much next year but I'm ready to kill this season & actually be a contributor to my team.

| | First day of senior year, oh yes.
50 minutes. 15 warm, 5 strides, 2(3x60sec) hills, cool back to high school. We did old man hills. I struggled on the striders. I didn't drink one ounce of water today & coach freaked us out at the beginning of practice about heat stroke & everything so I was scared lol. Once we got through the striders we started the hills & I was struggling to keep up with the pack. Then after we did 2 for some reason I started leading & really pushing myself. Hills are so easy probably cause I have long legs. The last couple we were just trying to pack and that was fun. We stole some water from someone hose & shade from their tree. Then a run back. A nice day overall.
Another thing! I got a letter from Preston today! It was so nice, it was from his very first week in the MTC & we've been emailing so it's cool to read his emails now & see how well he's doing compared to how he was doing at the beginning.

| | 11.5 miles straight up pine valley mountain. Probably the best/funnest thing I have ever done. I was real scared going into it. But once we got going it was so fun. We took a break at 2 miles into it & ate some gu (ew) & after that I just felt so refreshed and strong for the whole rest of the time. on the way down I was mostly with jacey & Maycee. The last mile was forever long hahaha. Renegade camp was the best thing ever & im SO sore now lol

| | AM- 9 hard miles after a hard weekend. My legs are gonna die. I still stuck in there 100% but holy moly.
PM- 2 miles-ish. Hard even though like the shortest run ever. I need a stick to roll out.

| | AM- brought out the kinvaras cause my other shoes were tired. Weights w/ 15 minute run
PM- 40 minutes on mosquito trail. It was super hot out today but I felt pretty good. Although Roberts had us going sub 7:30 pace on the way out

| | AM- none, I overslept. Be not worried though, I got reprimanded.
PM- 65 minutes. We went over to Bloomington hills park & did 1600,1600,1200,800. The first one I stuck in for about 1200 then for many reasons fell off the pack quite a bit. The next 3 I put all my feelings aside & pushed my way up. Everyone was falling apart so it was me jos jacey & Addi leading. I felt so amazing today. My last couple weeks of practice have been off the charts amazing for me. I just need to transition that into racing. which is easier said than done

PM- 50 minutes on fire station. A hot run but I was feeling alright. Still feeling sickish from yesterday, hoping that will go away before the race tomorrow cause idk if I can endure a whole runathon being sick....

| | AM- 20 minutes.
PM- desert relays! My team was Addi then Brianna then me. We got to the park & warmed up & did some tempoing. When I got the baton we were in 5th place & I passed 1 girl (it was a youngster but still lol) & I almost got all the way up to desert hills 2nd team. It was a really positive race for me. Plus the girls AND the boys won the team awards. Then we rocked out in my car while waiting for the lightning to be gone

| | Runathon!!!!! My last one....wowowow. It was pretty quality but by the last mile I had to do I was 100% beat. It was a good night w/ a good team though.

| | AM- 80 minutes up & around foremaster. My legs were dead at the beginning but by the pickups I was feeling fresh. Way nice run.
PM- 20 minutes. Easy but hot

PM- 60 minutes in hell....I mean in hells hole. Roberts broke a deal with me, which apparently is to be expected when you're like less than a minute late to his class.

PM- 50 minutes. Workout was 1200, 400, 400, 600. Solid day. I felt super good & if I did quick steps like coach said I just flew. What a solid workout, plus the team packed really good. Solid group
