Am: Did 4x1000's today. Stuck up with the group and it was a good run. Supposed to hit 5.46 and hit 4.57, 5.15, 5.19, and 5.02. So not too much faster than my time and it was a nice run back. Pm: did 3 this afternoon. Was very toasty but its starting to feel not as bad. Had just come from swimming so I was pretty tired but the run still went nice and we had a lot of girls there!
