I plan on going to state this year in track. Hopefully in the 800 or the mile.

Personal:

I played apples to apples one time and won the cards fabulous and awesome. In the same round! If that doesn't just sum me up I don't know what does :)

About two this morning. Felt a little out of shape but not too bad! Which is encouraging so I'll prolly try out 3 tomorrow

Ran with Liz this morning. Ugh it was soo cold. My hands almost froze off. But we went 3 and it felt awesome! 3 easy cheesy coach! :) Surprised at how good I feel after not running for a month.

Merry Christmas!!! Got some new running clothes so I took them out for a run this morning. It was really quiet, nobody's really out at 8 on Christmas morning. It was nice, kinda miss running with the team tho. These 3 miles feel longer by myself

Umm...well lost motivation this morning. But I still went and ran one mile ha with Liz. Ones better than nothin right? And besides if I run 3 for the next two days I'll still get all my mileage :)

3 millas. Went for a solo run again this morning. Weather was great and the cows smelled especially sweet this morning :P

3 more solo miles to finish up the week. Look at that, I made it. It was a little harder halfway through today, maybe I started picking up the pace or maybe all the junk from this week was finally catching up to me. I think my body is finally getting used to running again. Cuz a fewof the  injuries I was having at the beginning of the week are mostly all gone now.

4 miles with the lizl. And I've been doing really good at doing core exercises and stretching afterward too :)

Went for a 4 this morning by myself before we head up to the frigid north. It was a nice run, I almost biffed it though stepping on a rock and rolled my ankle. I try to stay out of the rocks cuz usually they don't like me very much. But I was able to find the one in the road waiting for me to step on it.  Lucky for me I'm suuuper graceful and I can stay on my feet by running around like a drunk to regain my balance. My ankles a little agitated but  I'll be nice to it today so it will want to be nice to me back and let me run on it :)
