Took a day off yesterday to rest my ankle and it felt a lot better today. It still hurt tho. I ran the warmup mile and found if I landed on it just the right way it reduced the pain a lot. But I wasn't very good at it. Then I tried a little bit of the workout and was doing good, the grass felt better than the road. But it kinda tired my ankle out so I took a break. Then did two miles of barefoot grass runs, just the warmup loop. And it felt lots better without lots of pressure on it. I'm RICEing it up so hopefully it's recovered by next week |
