Not sure the mileage, but we ran at the state course and it was pretty nippy. Did a 1.5 warm up and then did four 3/3's. I was able to get faster each time but I think I started out a lot slower then the 3/3's from last week. So I feel like I shoulda been closer to Mia and Liz on these but movin on. Did 5 hill sprints, those felt really good and strong and then we went and did 5 finishing sprints. The first 2 were pretty good and the last 3 I was able to stick with Mia the whole time. So I feel good about this workout, it was hard but good. |
