Easy 3 Went over to Bloomington and did a workout in the region course before the others raced. We did 4 800's hard paced. The times were 3:21, 3:12, 3:07...4:01? I'm really not sure on that last one. I mean I guess we did our last one on the most hilly part of the course so that could've been something to do with it but I felt like I was going faster. Maybe we really did slow down a lot that last one, which is dumb but the workout was pretty good overall |
