AM: did grass runs and they weren't too bad today. They went by considerably faster. My legs were still covered in mud up to my thighs. I just am good at finding puddles PM: easy 3 to sandbergs with 4x200's afterward. Felt pretty tired this afternoon but it was a good run. Think I'm ready to race tomorrow, pretty nervous. I keep having nightmares about this race ha which is always a good sign. My knee hasnt been bugging me as much when i run. It hurts really bad walking around school, kinda hurt today on the run but not too bad. My mileage dropped significantly low after suu so I've been working it up in 10 mile increments so I don't I injure myself. So I prolly will skip out on morning practice and just do the other two runs tomorrow so I can keep my mileage in the low 40's this week. |
