Well we did our 1000's this morning before heading up to camp. We did 6 of them and they were supposed to be a little faster then we've been doing them. Last week I hit around 5:03 every time and we just did 5 but it seemed hard so I was a little worried. But this time my times were 4:40, 4:50, 4:51, 4:54, 4:56, 4:41. So they were a lot faster then last weeks times but it felt way better this week! Maybe because I hadn't run the week before I dunno, but it was a really nice run today.

PM. Got up in the mountains and did 4 miles just down the road. Getting used to the altitude so it was a little harder

Ali! You are doing so good! I really look up to you as a runner and you inspire me with how hard you work and how much you have improved. I'm glad you are doing xc this year:)
