I plan on going to state this year in track. Hopefully in the 800 or the mile.

Personal:

I played apples to apples one time and won the cards fabulous and awesome. In the same round! If that doesn't just sum me up I don't know what does :)

AM: Holy bajeebers! That was...so fun :) ahhh it was hard. That hill is a killer! I love running up it 9 times :) It's the bast. Those minutes felt so long. But I was able to get right behind mia on most of them. And then the 30 second ones I made a goal for myself each time to get to which made it easier to push myself through each set. Stopped to get a drink of water by the church on the way back and I drank too much so my head felt like it was swimming and my tummy wasn't as happy the rest of the way back. But the actual run back itself felt good :)

PM: 3 this afternoon. My legs were really tired from this mornings workout so it was kinda hard but still a good run. With some weights after
