I plan on going to state this year in track. Hopefully in the 800 or the mile.

Personal:

I played apples to apples one time and won the cards fabulous and awesome. In the same round! If that doesn't just sum me up I don't know what does :)

AM: did 30/30 workout today. 24 reps of them with kaelie, josie and maskerem. I didn't realize that means you go for 24 minutes. It makes me feel better about getting to that. This workout seems like it gets harder each week I dunno. It was hard, I think what makes it hard is not knowing when your going to stop its really just you getting yourself to go more then you think you can. Race day at kids club. Ran with a few kids,race day is prolly my favorite I love running with those kiddos

PM: Ran 3 solo at about 3:30 ish. It wasn't too hot but for some reason I kept telling myself it was. Haven't run by myself for a while and will prolly do it again in the morning. But it's kinda nice :) Except I ate like a zillion cookies right before I ran. 85% sure it was not such a good idea. The other 15%....really liked those cookies :)
