6:15am- 30 minutes it was dope, my knee hurt a little which was wierd
3pm- 60 minutes with 5x sand hills. man i was super tired and also my hamstring which I injured in the summer hurt like at the start but it went away. on the hills I was wiped out man so it was mental toughness. The first 3 I just made sure I didnt slow down or be slow. then the last two I went yolo and purposely started like 7 seconds after Dallen and tried to pass him up. Which I did. Hills are dope.
