9am- i rann into the desert, up a big sand hill, up to the road, over the overpass by maverick then down to the intersection by in n out and back to my house. it was really sucky the whole way it was not a good run. but then I came home and found a nice breakfast waiting for me from rylee. truly blessed

330pm- easy run with J. he got back from mexico today and as I was heading out for my run I heard him yelling at me from down the street lol. we did a nice speedy easy run. usually that loop is around 30 minutes for me but we were probably going like 7 minute pace the whole time. feelin good and healthy
