615am- weights and short easy run. Left hamstring was sore and tight so I didnt do squats or lunges. It tightened up and hurt near the end of the run and i had to walk it in.
3pm- ran with coach carson colton and tanner and spencer. I was worried about my hamstring but it felt way better than the morning and warmed up into the run pretty good. Still was plenty tight by the end so I skipped the 200s and iced
