3pm- no morning run cuz if im going to heal up im going to do it right. 5x800s at 3200 pace. I decided to hit 235s cuz I havent done a 3200 yet. Yep it was good I hit my times consistantly. I probably should have done 6 but I usually do lvl 3 on mondays and lvl 2 on wednesday. Yolo i should just become lvl 3 anyways.
Weights today and I decided to max out on bench because of strength is important. I was struggling to get 115 which was really bad. I was really disapointed but then Macen discovered that the bench was on an incline. stupid I should have checked that. We fixed that and now I have my new pr of 130. True gangsta right here don mess with me
