I'm a graduate from Pine View, where I was a member of the XC and Track and Field teams.  I loved being a Panther.  I am currently up at USU, graduating in Psychology in the Spring. Not sure what I'll do after graduation...I love spending time outside-hiking, camping, and running.  I love the simple things that make life wonderful :)

Nice morning run!  Last one of the week :) weather was wonderful and i love running!!!

Reverse Firestation and a few extensions. Loved the run. Recently my legs have been feeling really tired. But today they felt relatively well. I am so excited for Nike. I love trips with our team. They are the very best!!! Striders felt wonderful as usual.

Also, Roberts is the greatest coach ever. Thanks to him our socks are gonna be super sick at Nike!

Last workout before Nike. 400,800,800,400. It was a solid workout although I was very tired. I struggled to stay in the pack but stayed in the pack. I think that's a good sign :) super excited for Nike!!!! (Switch this day with Tuesday cause I mixed them up)

Nike race. I don't really know what to say. Not a very good race for me. I want so badly to run fast and it seems as though I only run slow. Guess I just have to keep working hard.
