I'm a graduate from Pine View, where I was a member of the XC and Track and Field teams.  I loved being a Panther.  I am currently up at USU, graduating in Psychology in the Spring. Not sure what I'll do after graduation...I love spending time outside-hiking, camping, and running.  I love the simple things that make life wonderful :)

morning run. little shakey at first but got into it and it was pretty wonderful.  love morning runs they are the greatest!!!

morning shakeout.  feeling great.  kinda tired in the legs 20 min

afternoon workout 5x1000 at race pace.  man by far the best workout of the season.  i stayed in the pack the whole time and we were on our times the whole time.  i have a little saying to help me prep for nike "you can and most definantly will stay with the girls at nike" i changed it for today and kept telling myself i can and most definantly will stay with the girls right now in this workout.  it really helped with my confidence and even though i was dying and my legs felt so tired i pushed and stayed with them.  (even led a couple of times) i love the team and cant wait for the adventure nike is gonna be.  i am gonna risk it all.  75ish min?

Afternoon into Middleton. Feeling a little tired but overall very strong. Super excited for the dream mile tomorrow. Can't wait to see what I can do. Love my team!!! 50 minites

Morning Run.  Nice and chill :)

Afternoon dream mile.  ran a 6:44.  Pretty good for not being in track season.  Definantly not my best but i felt pretty strong.  Ready to run fast at nike.

Run at the Bushar's.  It was very fun!  We now have a team dog :) it was super cute and ran the whole way with us. Felt wonderful!
