I'm a graduate from Pine View, where I was a member of the XC and Track and Field teams.  I loved being a Panther.  I am currently up at USU, graduating in Psychology in the Spring. Not sure what I'll do after graduation...I love spending time outside-hiking, camping, and running.  I love the simple things that make life wonderful :)

Long run in the morning!  Very wonderful!  We had 10 hills that were great as well.  I love running in the morning!

Did a grass run for 20 minutes on the baseball field.  Very fun!

Morning weights and shake out run.  Pretty great! 

Afternoon duel in the desert with Desert Hills.  It was alright, not my best and not my worst.  I guess all i can do is keep working hard.  The 3x600's after felt very decent.

Morning easy run felt pretty good.  The weather was very wonderful!  20 Minutes

Afternoon mid distance run.  Felt alright really tired in the legs but overall a great run.  50 Minutes

Morning with weights.  Weights are awesome!  Although they make my legs tired but I know that they are getting stronger!  15 Minutes

Morning run.  Felt alright.  It was a rough sleep and such... 20 minutes

3x1600 reps. @ the dirt mile.  wow. best workout in a long while.  i fianally stuck in with the pack.  i was 100% with them for the first two.  the third one was a little more rough but i still hit a very good time and was right on.  love running with my team i know they will make me better.

Went running after I got home from hiking observation point.  Feeling a little tired and exhausted but none the less i got out on a run cause i love it.  Went with my dad and i was feeling very good so im glad that i went on a run.  I think it helped my legs feel better!  Wish i couldve been at the carwash but the hike was fun too.
